Summary:

This is a second webinar, in a series around the support of a person with a Personality Disorder, living in long-term care (LTC). During this webinar, we will discuss the recovery model and specific skills in managing difficult and challenging behaviour. Using a practical approach, we will conduct an in depth review of a case study and demonstrate how this approach can be applied within a LTC environment.
